Construction is progressing on schedule with completion and handover planned for the first quarter of 2028. We provide regular construction updates to all investors.

What property management services will be available?
We offer comprehensive property management services including maintenance, security, cleaning, and rental management for investors seeking rental income. Our hotel-style reception operates 24/7 to assist residents and guests.
The monthly property management fee will be calculated at €1 (one euro) per m² per month, multiplied by 12 months annually.
For example, a 100m² apartment would incur a €100 monthly fee (€1,200 annually).
Service charges will cover common area maintenance, security, and general upkeep of the development’s amenities and facilities. A detailed breakdown will be provided closer to completion.
What is included in the maintenance fees?
Maintenance fees cover common area upkeep, security services, pool and fitness center maintenance, landscaping, building insurance, garbage collection, and contributions to a reserve fund for future major repairs.
What is the expected rental yield for investment buyers?
